This project includes the following key components:

• New Lab Programs: Spaces dedicated to welding, brewing, and computer sciences.
• Restroom Upgrades: Modernization of existing restrooms for improved functionality and comfort.
• ADA Pathways: Installation of accessible pathways to ensure inclusivity.
• MEP System Upgrades: Enhancements to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Security and Safety Systems: Implementation of advanced access and intrusion systems, as well as fire alarm and sprinkler systems for enhanced safety.

This remodel is part of our ongoing effort to provide state-of-the-art facilities that support innovative educational programs and ensure a safe, accessible, and modern environment for all students.
