CLIENT: Solar Turbines – Caterpillar

Conan Construction completes the major expansion and modernization project of the Solar Turbine Campus in downtown San Diego for CATERPILLAR, partnering with Tucker Sadler Architects. This exceptional project included extensive remodel of office and test lab areas throughout the facility during stringent work hours.  Facility is a 24hr facility and work had to be phased to minimize the impact to workers and operation.  Project also included installation of ballistic windows to new secure lobby, replacement of entire façade with new curtain wall system and new metal panels.
