Shannon is an accomplished and versatile construction professional with over 25 years of experience in the industry. He founded Conan out of his passion for providing quality craftsmanship with a thorough understanding of the project life cycle.

Shannon’s comprehensive construction background brings the Conan team and clients extensive knowledge and education in Business Development, Pre-Construction / Estimating, Project Management, and overall Operations. His commitment to safety, quality, schedule and cost management, has led Conan Construction to remain unsurpassed within the industry.

Shannon is highly involved in all client projects. His hands on approach creates a highly effective and rapid decision making process. He strives for integrity and connection in all relationships – clients, partners and the Conan family and his efforts are felt throughout the Conan culture.

Shannon grew up in Illinois & Arizona working in the construction industry, helping to run the family business.  It was only natural that one day he would seek to share his creative, solution based gifts and talents with the rest of the world. In his spare time Shannon enjoys coaching his son’s sports teams and spending time with his family.
