Partnered with CORE and PBK, we excited to share details about this Design-Build project under construction, the Early Childhood Education Center (ECEC), a pioneering PreK facility in Southern California. The ECEC prioritizes outdoor learning and exploration in the natural environment, providing a series of student “neighborhoods” that allow for safe, independent learning and play. Fully modular classrooms can be adapted for a variety of teaching styles, ensuring flexibility and inclusivity in education.

The complex includes a library, a central multipurpose room, and administrative spaces, all connected by meandering wellness gardens and outdoor circulation paths. The result is a safe, home-like village that introduces children to lifelong learning.
