Conan Construction completes the modernization of a 40 year old Industrial/office project in San Clemente. This exciting project was a complete update to the exterior and interior: new Oregon cedar exterior plank siding, new parking lot, complete tear out of interior ceiling to expose beautiful wood beams, warehouse upgrades as well as new carpet, paint and bathrooms. This is a unique building with a stand-alone look in an industrial section of San Clemente, CA.
