Removal of six existing portables, installation of two single story modular classroom buildings 2,880 & 4,800 SF with a Pre-K yard and surrounding landscape improvements. Modifications to the exiting parking lot and drop off area. Scope included full structural mechanical, plumbing and electrical improvements for new ADA compliant facilities.
