New 1080 sf stand-alone network operation centers at separate sites.  Buildings house hot and cold containment computer racks with UPS and include a workroom. There were site improvements including modifications to the parking lot and accessible parking as required for construction and code regulations, and a new maintenance access path east of the project site.
