We have been awarded Phase 1 of the Surfside Educational Academy project. This phase involves the demolition of an existing building on site, concrete paving for a renovated parking lot, electrical work, earthwork, landscaping, and various exterior improvements. The project is scheduled for completion in the summer of 2024, during the school break, to ensure minimal disruption.

Phase 1 is crucial for laying the groundwork for the successful execution of Phase 2 and Phase 3.
