This project includes the following key components:

• Seismic Rehabilitation: Full seismic upgrade to enhance the building’s earthquake resistance.
• Building Upgrades: Extensive renovations of the existing 7,618 sq ft space.
• New Addition: A 175 sq ft addition for a new electrical room.

Additionally, adjacent site improvements include converting the boiler room in Building 700 into a functional storage room.
