Conan Construction has started construction on the Pfizer CB3 building at the La Jolla Headquarters. Improvements include all new flooring including medical grade LVT, carpet throughout and flooring top to bottom throughout 3 large stairwells. Two floors within this building will be repainted and 4’wall protectors and corner guards installed. What a wonderful team at Pfizer to work with and the opportunity for Conan to help improve and update 2 levels of their building.
