CLIENT: Grossmont Union High School District

New Construction of Event Center and Student Services Building and demolition of the existing admin building. The construction consisting of a new 18,850 sf energy-efficient, multi-use facility includes an event center, a 350-seat theater, digital music classroom, actor backstage dressing room, concession stand and theatre box office. Type 11B construction, sprinklered building, 50′-0″ total height. In addition project included new administrative offices, conference rooms, elevator, man lift, landscaping, ADA pathways and parking lot. The exteriors modern architecture has stand out features including: a spectacular front entrance overhang, metal beam bridge connecting the building to the outdoor courtyard and a concrete brick clock tower that gives this project its sleek design.
