San Clemente Building Updates.

Conan Construction working to give this unique office/warehouse building a needed update. Improvements to this San Clemente space include:

New cedar siding, all new painting to interior and exterior, removal of lower floor ceiling to expose wooden beams, new flooring, new lighting and mechanical. This will provide a wonderful new product for future tenants.
