We will be performing a partial remodel of the first, second, and third-floor office spaces, including:

• Demolition and replacement of walls, cubicles, and office layouts.
• Updating acoustical ceiling tiles, flooring, doors, and light fixtures.
• Re-routing power/data outlets and replacing plumbing fixtures.
• Remodeling restrooms for ADA compliance.
• Relocating ceiling diffusers, fire sprinklers, and alarm pull stations.
• Replacing single-pane exterior windows with insulated window systems.

These updates will improve the office environment and ensure compliance with accessibility and safety standards.
