Construction of a new lighted monument sign/entry structure at the Oceanside campus. This iconic stand-alone structure provides a clear sense of entry to the campus and improve student and visitor wayfinding on campus. Demolition of the Small Business Development Center due to its critically poor condition and state of vacancy. A native garden was designed and placed at the entry to provide an aesthetic upgrade to the entry and improve the pedestrian experience. Native plantings along Mission Ave. were strategically placed to create a more sustainable and vibrant landscape.
