Modernization of 12,000 sf existing classroom and lab building. Scope to include but not limited to replacement of mechanical system, lighting and roof, upgrades to electrical system, remove and reinstall exterior hardscape to meet ADA requirements, add access control system including card readers, new finishes, replacement of existing windows and doors as add alternate, and tubular skylights to classrooms as add alternate.
